Dedicated ORU and PM2e with Bri card

I am having a little problem.. we have a customer who just picked up his
ORU from us today, I had it all pre-configured etc I have a new class see
with a netmask of 255.255.255.224 I configured his ORU to have a ip of
207.229.33.1

I am having some weird routing issues I can traceroute him from the PM2e
he is dialed into but can not do it from else where on our network, it
knows it has to goto this pm2e but dies and does not hit the 207.229.33.1
side of the network. What have I done wrong in configuring this dedicated
client?
