They do, but the ISP discount that Livingston allows in
Canada is less than in the U.S.

That is an option, but dealing with an American distributor
if the unit ever needs servicing is not easy. The problem
is the paperwork required from Revenue Canada to get the box
back into the country tax-free after servicing.
