I have a PM3 and I get this

And also what DOWN F3 means ?
I have a T2 ( France Telecom ) PRI access going to my PM3 but the SWITCH at
France Telecom office
can not talk to my PM3 ... I am using NET5 as isdn-switch and the setting
above for the line0
If you can help I would be very happy
PS: FT telecom is not using RJ45 connectors instead they wrap the wires on
the wrappable connector's pins
of their equipement but we checked that RECEIVE of the PM3 is on RECEIVE of
the France Telecom equipment and TRANSMIT of the PM3 is on TRANSMIT pins of
the France Telecom equipement... is this OK ?
