It seems to base all of its speed ratings on your local link. So our
server is pretty slow since it doesn't saturate the Ethernet. Another
interesting thing, if the route is not through your default router, it
assumes there is a problem and your router is congested (red). So you get
that error anytime you hit a site on your network.
