1) This is NOT a USR support list
2) Merit RADIUS is NOT normally supported here, ask your Merit support
representative
3) You don't describe what is wrong...have you tried debug mode?
They log in perfectly? But get a STOP entry after? This sounds like a
failure to me... Perhaps it's a latency issue, where they get
authenticated, but timeout, thus the client side is dropping the
connection.
How is City A connected to City B? What OS are you running? Do all users
have the same problem?
Well, go back to USR and have them look at it...
