My suggestion would be to have contact the makers of the
software, and ask that they post a retraction/disclaimer about the
results, and fix their buggy software.
If that doesn't work I would have my lawyer contact the makers of the
software, and demand they post a retraction/disclaimer. At the point you
lose one customer because of false results, the whole matter becomes
actionable. I generally dislike lawyers, but it seems these folks could
start an unwarranted and undeserved nightmare for ISP's everywhere.
