Bad PPP Address

Hello,

i've got a problem with an or-st running ComOs 3.5L and a NetGw Router.

When the Netgw connects to the Officerouter, only the message
"ppp_recv (S2): Bad PPP Adress" appears on the console of the or.
( When packets are coming in )

On the IP layer the connection is dead.

The same thing happens, when the location on the officerouter
( to call the netgw )is set to "compression off"
and the or inits the connection.
But the netgw does not make VJ-Compression.
When compression is on, everything is fine.

Any ideas, what i'am doing wrong.

Here is the location and the user enty:

seca> sh user ppp
