Craig;

We run into this problem every now and then on our PM30s. The latest
was with a Pakard Bell with a 14.4 voice/fax/data modem. The driver
was corrupted and had to be reinstalled. We figured it out on our own
as Packard Bell told us our 'software' was bad!
