If its a chip, stick in the new chip. Then flip up dip switch 2, to get
rarping going. You need to have tftpd running on a unix/linux/nt box, then
hit escape, type "address ?.?.?.?" where ? is YOUR ip address. You might
need "gateway ?.?.?.?" if your tftpd box is not on the same subnet.

Then type: "tftpd ?.?.?.?" where the ??.??.??.?? is the IP address of
the box running tftpd.

You need to have the GENERIC.PM2 image in a subdirectory on your tftpd
box. Mine is under /tftpboot .
