We have had the same experience, with an open Livingston support ticket =
on the matter. They sent us a new box to hot swap with our original. =
That seemed to fix it for a few days, but then it came back. Next =
attempt yesterday was to upload 3.5.1b13, it didn't lock last nite, so I =
am hoping. But no guarantees.
