I rarely see this but it is happening to one user rather frequently. The
problem is that this is the account for a computer store that acts as an
agent for our company. They also sell access for another provider and have
no such disconnect problems with that provider. This will really hurt us if
I cannot resolve it.

I was relieved to see an error message associated with the disconnect; maybe
there is an answer to the problem.

This store feeds us with about 25% of our signups and I would consider them
very important.

Help! Anyone?? MegaZone??
