Supra Express 56K

O.K. somebody answer this one for me.

Have a reseller that we work with that got his hand's on a new Supra
Express 56K with a flex chipset.

He can dial in to our old PM2E-30 with 33.6 Sporty's but he can't get in on
the PM3's. Heck we even have people running X2 modems coming in with no
problems, except that they only get 28.8 :-)

Any idea what's up with this ? We've had a few clients complaining about
latency and such and a few Aptiva's and a couple others who can't get in on
the PM3's. I know about the Aptiva problem. No big deal anyway. We're
looking at picking up a couple more PM3's but we need to work out these
little bugs.

2XPRI ATT5ESS etc....
