Well, we've been attaching all our serial console ports to our PM2e as
well... our CSU/DSU's, routers, Ascend boxes, some Unix boxes... helps when
I'm working from home so I don't have to drive down to the NOC..

Although the UPS idea is kinda cool.... hmm....
