Framed-Address = 204.117.57.200
Framed-Route = "204.117.56.64 204.117.57.200 1"
Framed-Routing = 3

something like this will give that person the 204.117.57.200 address and
route the 204.117.56.64 network (which is a /27 or 30 ips in our netmask
table)
