That won't work. You can *ONLY* put filters on a HARDWIRED port. If the
port is dialin the filters *MUST* be assigned by *user*. For dialout the
filter *must* be assigned by *location*.

Port settings like IP, filter ids, etc are *ignored* when used for dial or
dialout.
