Radius and Portmaster filters; Need Help (fwd)

Once upon a time BadgerNet shaped the electrons to say...
>pm1> sho filter signup.ft
>1 permit 0.0.0.0/0 207.113.50.5/32 tcp dst eq 80

Filter names MUST be name.in and/or name.out.

When RADIUS sends the name the PM will ALWAYS add .in and .out and assign
them as input and output filters. If either one does not exist, then only
one filter is used. (If neither exists, no filter is used.)

Naming it signup.ft means NO filter matches signup.in or signup.out - hence
no filter is used.
