ISDN problems still persist

I was following the thread about people losing their ISDN
lines for no apparent reason, but never really saw a solution.

We keep our ISDN lines up for about 3 days, and then they
slowly start to trickle out:

S20 - marlin Log/Net In NO-SERVICE 0 0
S21 - marlin Log/Net In NO-SERVICE 0 0
S22 - marlin Log/Net In IDLE 0 0
S23 - marlin Log/Net In IDLE 0 0
S24 - marlin Log/Net In NO-SERVICE 0 0
S25 - marlin Log/Net In NO-SERVICE 0 0

perch> show isdn
D Ports State Change Start Up Down Time Sess In Out Err
-- ------- --------- ------ ----- ----- ----- ----- ------ ------- ------- ----
10 S20/S21 Initial 0 1187 6 2364 1182 0 63663 63672 6
11 S22/S23 Active 12:37 50 9 86 43 0 72235 72241 6
12 S24/S25 Initial 0 1189 8 2364 1182 0 61667 61674 2
13 S26/S27 Initial 0 6393 216 10720 5370 0 28813 28927 2037
14 S28/S29 Initial 0 6830 3 2388 -1811938134 0 63301 63314

Eventually the last port, 11, will change to Initial state, or even
the inactive.

Is this a memory problem? A portmaster problem? Or a Telco problem?

I recently installed 4 4MB simms, so I'm sure there is enough memory.
ComOS is 3.3.3.

Thanks,

Scott
