RE: 2400 on a PM-3 - We're supporting it (fwd)

The need for 2400 baud support is -NOT- for PPP/SLIP users. The overhead
of the packets alone would make these connection fail. It is for -UNIX
Shell- users for which 2400 baud is still a viable speed.
