Merit radius can do this. Info is at

3. Put radius on two seperate machines.
4. Put a check-item restricting users two a specific machine. I.e.:
joe NAS-IP-Address = pm1.intrastar.net, Password = "UNIX"
Service-Type = Framed-User, ...
(Note: NAS-IP-Address has different names depending on your dictionary.
grep your dictionary with "grep 'ATTRIBUTE.*4' dictionary" and pick the
name out of the output. For example, the latest Liv dictionary looks like
this:
ATTRIBUTE NAS-IP-Address 4 ipaddr
