Yes, it is already at the printers. This command didn't make it. There is
the slimmest of chances it can get in after the blueline, but don't count on
it. That would effect pagination, which would change all the references,
index, toc, etc. ie, it would require a major revision in the print copy,
thereby delaying the manual several weeks - printers have slots, you miss
your allotted date you have to wait for the next open one.

ComOS changes very, very rapidly. Quite a number of the commands in the
guide didn't even exist when the first draft was written. It has been a
constant revision, and I know a few of the latest editions to come out of
the development program came to late. You have to stop revising at some point
and just print it.
