Relatively small? What about UUCP customers that have 100's of users on
their network then? Or for that matter business that call long distance,
which are happier now that I have 28.8's on our end.

Last I heard CC readers were 2400 up from 300, last year I believe. Even if
it is only 1200, 4 times the speed ought to help around X-Mas when the
system breaks/bogs down. The verification that we use is 2400 as well.
