I'm getting 80.1 ms fairly consistently with my BSPro connected to a Linux
box. at 230Kb DTE. Could those reduced ping times be bit-level bonding? I'm
totally speculating here.

BTW, my BSPro has been continuously connected since Oct 23 (I had rebooted
cairo to play warcraft). I still can't get more than 10KB/sec except the
occasional 12KB/sec while I was downloading RedHat 4. Strange.

One of these days I'll figure out how to get diald and the Livingston's
location table to play nice and I'll be ready for metered rates.
