So - you tftp booted it and when it loaded and started booting it got the
watchdog timer error with the netboot image too?

It may well be a HW failure. You really need to open an urgent ticket
with support - make sure you tell them it is a Watchdog Timer error on boot
so the engineer knows what to expect.
