Term server sends request to Primary auth server. Waits up to 3 seconds
for response.

If no response
Term server sends request to Primary auth server.
Waits up to 3 seconds for response.

If no response
Term server sends request to Secondary auth server.
Waits up to 3 seconds for response.

There is only one default host per box, that is why it is the default
host. :)

Yes, but auth will be slow and you will not have redundancy. Redunancy
*good*. No redundancy *bad*. I think you will have better luck with
the Merit Radius Realm approach. I forget the URL. Anyone?
