So far I have not found anyway for a CGI application to tell a user agent
'save as this name, NOT my name'. I've tried a few things, none worked.

User agents defalt to saving the file under the name of the CGI that
sends it - in this case radiusform.html. The contents are just fine
though. All the agents I've seen so far pop up a box asking what to
save it as - just rename it there.

I'll add this to the form to end the confusion. And I'll keep looking for
that magic HTTP header...
