Sending modem init after user hangs up?

I have configured our PM2ER30 to use modem init strings, but it only
sends them to the modems when I manually reset the ports. I believe that
the init string is also supposed to be send after a user hangs up, but
this is not happening?

My port setup is as follows:

Port Type: Netwrk (Dial In) (Security)
Baud Rates: 19200,19200,19200
Flow Control: RTS/CTS
Modem Control: On
Modem Status: multitech [Configured]

What else do I need to do to set this up. (Everything else is working
perfectly.)
