File Transfers

I'm using the Portmaster 25 (PM-25) as a communication server for Internet
Access. I also want to all users access to a BBS. I have an entry in the
user table for 'BBS' and it's setup to telnet into the BBS machine.

I'm able to dial in and access the BBS and signup, read messages, etc.
Whenever I attempt a file transfer via Z-Modem or any binary protocol I
can't seem to get it to complete. It never even transmits the first block.
I have these problems when uploading and downloading.

When I telnet directly into the BBS using a program like NetTerm for
Windows, I'm able to upload and download fine.

I believe the problem lies in the PortMaster configuration. I have the
modems and the PortMaster setup for Hardware flow control. All users
accessing the Internet through this PortMaster are reporting no problems.
This is a specific problem when telneting from the PM-25 to a BBS host.

Is anyone else having problems in this area?
