Yup, it should ...
If the LMI poll time is wrong (has to be the same at both sides !), then
it won't get any DLCI ...
Mine is set to 5 sec.

Yup .. it's also weird, I think, that the interface is unassigned ...

If my understanding is correct, for a Frame on fractional T1, the speed
should always be 56k ... and then the CSU/DSU has to be configured to
have several 56k channels.
I was told that even for a full T1, it has to be 56k.

hum .. I also have "Modem Control" set to off ... don't know if it really
makes a difference.
