Have you checked everything in the conf of you CSU/DSU ? ... for example,
did you configure two (2) channels of 56k to have a 128k fractional, and
not more (it happened here ... and the result was the same)

"unassigned" ??
Anyways .. I had that at first, and the "connecting" state was due to a
misconfiguration of the CSU/DSU ... chek this out. :-)
