Sure.
I'll describe the prototype.

We had some square extruded aluminum, about 2x2 in cross-section. It is
actually leftover from some of those free-standing power poles that you
can buy at any electrical supplier.

I cut it to fit in a 19" rack cabinet, and then cut holes for some 2-prong
power plugs, and wired them to an AC cord. We use USR modems, and 8 of
the power transformers will fit on one 19" space.

We're still working with the sheet metal fabricator to come up with the
cheapest mass production method.
