Location dial problems

Hi! I have second dial-out location configured exactly as first one.
Both are designated as "Automatic" (continuous). Both dialed fine in
manual mode with "dial LOC -x" command. But in auto mode, only first
location dials, the second does nothing. The modem on the line is
reported as "Configured". I use PM-2ER with 10 ports, software version
is 3.1.4. What should i do to make second location dial also?
