Looking for Tools Repository for RADIUS

Is there a tools repository on the net for user created tools for managing
RADIUS. I have just installed RADIUS and notice that it is real easy to
create a bad users file. A nice script to add, modify and delete users
would be great. Also any tools for parsing and tallying the accounting
file would be helpful..
