RIP broken?

I have two networks, each with two PM2eRs on them. The setup
for routing (default, ether0) appear to be identical (Broadcast, listen)
but in both cases, only one of the Portmasters on each net broadcasts or
responds to RIP queries. Any clues?

Also, one of them is broadcasting some really weird destinations:

RESPONSE from 205.254.224.16.520:
dst 199.45.18.0 metric 1
dst 205.254.255.64 metric 1
dst 205.254.225.0 metric 1
dst 0.2.0.0 metric 0
dst 0.2.0.0 metric 0
dst 0.2.0.0 metric 0
dst 2.1.0.0 metric 0
dst 0.0.0.1 metric 0
dst 0.0.0.1 metric 0

Where the heck did these come from?

Another question is: does it matter which interface is the default
route in determining if this default route gets advertised? My router
to the net advertizes it's default:

RESPONSE from 205.254.224.1.520:
dst 0.0.0.0 metric 1
dst 205.254.240.0 metric 2
dst 205.254.241.0 metric 2
dst 205.219.114.0 metric 1
...etc...

But as shown above, the PM2eR on that LAN, which has this router above
as it's default, doesn't advertize a default route.

Again, the global and ethernet routing options are identical. I can't
figure out what's going on here.
