I don't think it's a good idea to put the AT&W command in the
init-string. As you know, flash ROMs only have a limited flash-write-rate
before the first problems arise. Better configure the modem with the
above init-string ONE TIME. Then only use ATZ as init string in the
Portmaster modem table.
