IPX over IP with Frame Relay?

How does an IRX111 handle IPX traffic? Does it encapsulate it in IP? Do I
need to assign IP addresses? If not, then how do I set this up?

I have 4 IPX networks in 4 locations all will be linked via Frame Relay. No
IP or Internet connectivity at this time or anytime in the foreseeable future.

Let's call the internal IPX networks 1001,1002,1003,1004

All 3 satellite offices have PVCs set-up to the main office

Each with respective DLCIs of 100,101,102 - The main site's DLCI is 100

100-100 1001-1002
100-101 1001-1003
100-102 1001-1004

How can/should I set this up? Exactly? I have never used IRXs to route IPX
before. I have an IRX111 at each site. I can get IP to work and that is how
I have this whole thing setup now, but if I don't need to assign bogus
addresses or deal with routing IP then I would rather not. How do I setup
the routing tables for IPX? Thanks for your help.
