Subnetting

Next question.

We are running short on IPs so I was given 4 more class Cs. Where does one
go to learn about subnetting? I've got two other PM2s in the field and because
I didn't do it correctly, routing is a bitch. I didn't subroute, and with
my original class C, it's too late.

However, I have these four. So, here's the setup:

Cisco 2501 as our main router.
PM2e30 as our dialin server.
PM2e10 as a remote server.
PM2er as a remote server.

Now, both the remote servers are currently routing through dialup lines. There's
a great document on the web site that shows how do to this. However, that
document assumes two different class Cs. We only had one at the time so
I had to do some static routing.

Now, I want to take one of our new class Cs and split it into 8 32 address
subnets, and another one split into 16 16 address subnets.

How do I do this? How do I, using the document I mentioned before, modify
the PMs, etc. I know it's through use of the netmask, but there's got to
be more behind it, including modifying the Cisco, adding dns entries,
etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Chris
