Brian:

The customer may not always be right . . . but they think they are.
^^^^^
I am not sorry and I will side with Brian on this one. The majority of
complaints that I have to hear from my users about my support team are
from customers who expect for $15 a month for us to bend over backwards,
babysit them, do their job for them, teach them how to read . . . and
when we "support types" finally say enough, the customer proclaims "BUT
I'M ALWAYS RIGHT" . . . and "YOU MUST, I AM PAYING YOU".

PPPPLLLLLHHHHHEEEAASSSSEEE.

We are paying for a service, not to be babysat. Brian answers more mail
in a day then most then most of us do in a week. His humor may be in
question, but not his ability nor representing the company.

For all you flamers (and you know who you are as do most of this list by
now) . . . give the Tech God a break and maybe, just maybe, take posting
with a grain or two of salt before deciding to freak and whine.

Just my humble opinion.
