I saw this type of message due to syntax errors in my users file. ie:
forgot to capitalize something, forgot a coma etc. Nasty type of
error to find, I know what I meant to type and every time I look over
the file I see what I meant, not what is there.

Does anyone have any scripts setup to add users, or change settings in
the users file? Something which would query for options then update
the file, avoiding typeing mistakes? Or a script to find syntax
errors?
