however, there is one feature that we were able to do with the linux box
that i can't reproduce on the pm: we were able to send a modem init
string even x minutes when the modems were inactive and on disconnect.
this was quite helpful in maintaining the correct modem configs. is
there any way to do this with the portmaster? it not, it would sure be a
nice enhancement...
