Radius ? Associating an authentication host with a user?

Greetings -

I have a few users who have logins on unix hosts that do not
use NIS and these users need to be able to login to these boxes
via dial-up and radius. The radius daemon is running on a box
that is a NIS client. I have entries in /etc/raddb/users like
this for those people with accounts on the non-NIS boxes:

user-a Password = "UNIX"
Login-Host = user-a's-host,
User-Service-Type = Login-User,
Login-Service = Telnet

This is difficult to maintain as all users defined
like this must maintain two passwords - one for NIS
for the first login attempt and then their other passwd
on their own host for the second login attempt.

Is there some mechanism to associate an "authentication
host" in the /etc/raddb/users file for these types of
accounts or get radius to skip the first authentication
attempt?

Thanks & Best Regards -
