The example users file included in the Merit distribution of RADIUS is
full of sample user entries. In those sample entries we have shown how
to specify the reply-item "Filter-Id" which is the name of a filter to
send to the PortMaster (or NAS). The names "anonymous" and "unlim" are
simply filter names we use here in MichNet and should be changed to the
name(s) of the filter(s) you have actually installed on you PortMaster.

I have described how the SLIP, PPP and just plain telnet stuff works in
a separate note to this list -- several times(!) :-)
