Copying system PM to PM

I want to replace a PM2e10 with a PM2eR30...The PM2e is currently in service
and running version 3.1.4. The Brand New PM2eR30 still has version 3.1.3
I do not have PMINSTALL and I use BSDI/OS 2.0 as my server.

I wish to copy the existing software and setup data from the PM2e tothe PM2eR30
What is the easiest way to do this ..?
