PMconsole for Windows does not run on Trumpet Winsock 2.1f, which is their
latest; we've gotten a copy of 2.1f and are investigating.
It does work on Winsock 2.0b, the last major release.
If you have problems with PMconsole for Windows (other than on 2.1f)
please send email to support@livingston.com AND INCLUDE the version and
name of your winsock and the configuration of your PC.
