Call Back in hunt groups

Suppose a user dials in on a hunt group using a call back account.
The pm hangs up and another user calls and the same modem
answers. The pm starts a dial back session and the new user suddenly gets
another users session..

Can the above happen? If not, how is it supposed to be prevented?
