Windows NT and PM2Er

We are currently running Windows NT as all our servers, except radius, for
the internet. One thing i found (true or not) is that we cannot remotely
attach to our servers through our firewall. Someone suggested that it does
not pass Netbuei packets, not sure what that means but if one can attach
remotely to an NT through the portmaster, i'd sure like to know how.
Did i get a faint hint that radius may be ported to NT, Maybe i'm still
dreaming about an all to easy world. Would be the final step to a total NT
ISP system.
