She has been having a strange problem. Today she logged into
PPP fine and during her POP session her modem line got
disconnected. She logged in again immediately and that worked.
Later in the day, however, (and just now) she managed to get
past the login:/Password: prompts fine, but PPP never went
ESTABLISHED. set debug 0x51 shows:

From my limited understanding of these messages, it looks like
her software is sending a terminate request. She hasn't changed
anything on her side she says, (I am apt to beleive her, but you know
how it is.) but I can't see what else could have caused it. She's
using internet chameleon.
I tried doing radiusd -x but that didn't give me anything.
Specifically:
