Do a `show netconns' on the box, and reset the netconns of the telnet
sessions (the ones that say ESTABLISHED at the right, and show a
connection to port 23, or whatever port you use for admin telnet):

cs1-dan-ma> sho netconns
Hnd Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address (state)
331 0 7 204.249.224.10.887 nosferatu.usa1..1335 ESTABLISHED
cs1-dan-ma> reset n331
Connection closed by foreign host.
nosferatu:/etc#

Clears the telnet session.
