We upgraded the Motorola ModemSURFR to current firmware (07/02/98) and .inf
(03/12/99) levels without result.

Don, what happens when you use HyperTerm rather than DUN to establish the
connection to the PM3 modem pool?

Has anyone tried reverting to K56Flex on these modems for which that is
applicable?
