obviously, you'll have to place the pm3 in a net that does not conflict
when the addrs are assigned.

using radius is a happy way :

<username> Password = "password"
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Address = aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.xxx,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-Route = "aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd/nm aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd 1",
Port-Limit = 1
