Okay,

I did find the bit about sub-interfacing the wan port.. what if the
wan port has the same DLCI? Also, can it be done just the same for
the Ethernet port as well? (like an aliased IP un un*x)

| Yes, You should only have to add a sub interface to the ethernet
port if
| you are running both address ranges on the same physical network.
If you
| are only going to be using them for the dial up IPs just set up
routes to
| point the right IP's to the right NASs.
